Director and PresidentMatt GarciaMatt Garcia is the managing member of Barnett & Garcia. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Business and School of Law, Mr. Garcia has prosecuted hundreds of cases on behalf of insurance carriers, creditors and financial institutions in state and federal forums. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the Western District of Texas and is a member of the Austin Bar Association, and various other trade organizations. He is also a member of the American Inns of Court, Robert Calvert Inn and a Texas Bar and Austin Bar Foundation Life Member. Mr. Garcia is a frequent speaker on creditor's rights for numerous other trade, judicial and attorney organizations. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Center for Child Protection and Travis County Child Protective Services Board and currently serves as Director for the Texas Creditor's Rights Bar. As a past chair for the Creditor's Rights Section for the Commercial Law League of America, he currently serves on their Board of Governors. |

Director and President-electMatt FrondaMatt has been actively involved with TXCBA for more than 5 years. He has been serving on the TXCBA board for the ast 2 years. Matt practices at Padfield & Stout, LLP. He joined the firm in 2013 following his work for both the Honorable Judge John P. Chang in the 141st District Court of Texas and for the Honorable Justice Bob McCoy in the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas. Matt focuses his practice on representation of secured creditors, complex probate litigation, general probate matters and estate planing. He regularly manages an active caseload, currently represents more than 30 nationwide financial institutions and has appeared as counsel of record in more than 10 Texas counties. |

Director and Immediate Past PresidentCraig NoackCraig Noack has eighteen years of experience dedicated to creditor representation in state and bankruptcy courts throughout Texas. Craig spent eleven years as in-house counsel in various roles with Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. and Midland Credit Management, Inc., and is now in private practice with The Noack Law Firm, PLLC in his native town of San Antonio, where he focuses on statewide judgment enforcement and receiverships. He is married to his law partner, Carolyn, and has two children, three dogs, one cat, and a goldfish that glows in the dark. |

DirectorJamila LloydJamila Lloyd is a collections attorney with Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC. She is a proud 2004 graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Jamila is very involved in her community and volunteers with several organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Junior League of Fort Bend County, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and is a current Board Member for Women Professionals in Government.
