	Director and President Matt Garcia Matt Garcia is the managing member of Barnett & Garcia. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Business and School of Law, Mr. Garcia has prosecuted hundreds of cases on behalf of insurance carriers, creditors and financial institutions in state and federal forums. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the Western District of Texas and is a member of the Austin Bar Association, and various other trade organizations. He is also a member of the American Inns of Court, Robert Calvert Inn and a Texas Bar and Austin Bar Foundation Life Member. Mr. Garcia is a frequent speaker on creditor's rights for numerous other trade, judicial and attorney organizations. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Center for Child Protection and Travis County Child Protective Services Board and currently serves as Director for the Texas Creditor's Rights Bar. As a past chair for the Creditor's Rights Section for the Commercial Law League of America, he currently serves on their Board of Governors.
	Director and President-elect Matt Fronda Matt has been actively involved with TXCBA for more than 5 years. He has been serving on the TXCBA board for the ast 2 years. Matt practices at Padfield & Stout, LLP. He joined the firm in 2013 following his work for both the Honorable Judge John P. Chang in the 141st District Court of Texas and for the Honorable Justice Bob McCoy in the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas. Matt focuses his practice on representation of secured creditors, complex probate litigation, general probate matters and estate planing. He regularly manages an active caseload, currently represents more than 30 nationwide financial institutions and has appeared as counsel of record in more than 10 Texas counties.

	Director and Immediate Past President Craig Noack Craig Noack has eighteen years of experience dedicated to creditor representation in state and bankruptcy courts throughout Texas. Craig spent eleven years as in-house counsel in various roles with Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. and Midland Credit Management, Inc., and is now in private practice with The Noack Law Firm, PLLC in his native town of San Antonio, where he focuses on statewide judgment enforcement and receiverships. He is married to his law partner, Carolyn, and has two children, three dogs, one cat, and a goldfish that glows in the dark.
	Director and Treasurer Kristy Gabrielova Sledge Kristy has served on the board of TXCBA for several years now, most recently as the Immediate Past President. She is a senior attorney at Midland Credit Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, Inc., managing litigation in several states, including Texas. She's been practicing in the area of creditors rights for the past 15 years.
	Director and Secretary Mark S. Dube Mark is an attorney with the Moss Law Firm, P.C. and has been practicing law for over 25 years in Houston. His practice is primarily focused on recovering consumer debt for credit issuers.
	Director Riecke Baumann Riecke Baumann is a recovering collection attorney who now limits his practice to serving as Receiver, Master, and attorney, ad litem, to locate lost heirs and defendants.
	Director Steve Javandoost Steve Javandoost joined TXCBA several years ago and currently serves on the Board of Directors. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Steve has prosecuted thousands of civil cases on behalf of creditors before state and federal courts since first being admitted to practice in 2006. He is a Compliance Attorney with Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik LLP.
	Director Jamila Lloyd Jamila Lloyd is a collections attorney with Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC. She is a proud 2004 graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Jamila is very involved in her community and volunteers with several organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Junior League of Fort Bend County, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and is a current Board Member for Women Professionals in Government. Jamila is newly engaged, has two stepsons and a pet betta fish named JJ Watt, Jr.
	Director Jody Jenkins Jody Jenkins is one of the founding members of the TXCBA and has been active with the organization in various capacities since its inception. Mr. Jenkins is a past President of TXCBA and was also the President of the Lubbock Area Bar Association for the 2018-2019 term.
